(Q) Where do I register to vote?
(A) You can become a registered voter
in Hendricks County:
- At the BMV office when updating or renewing your
Indiana Driver's License.
- Coming to the Hendricks County Voter Registration
Office and completing an Indiana Voter Registration (VRG) form.
- Obtaining an Indiana VRG form at any Hendricks County
library or Hendricks County high school.
- Go to
www.indianavoters.com and click on the "Print Voter Registration"
link in the bottom left hand corner of the webpage, fill the form out
completely to avoid any delays in
registration, and then mail your completed form to the Hendricks County
Voter Registration office.
(Q) Can I register Online?
(A) Starting July 1, 2010, the State of Indiana will have available Online Registration, look for a link to be posted here very soon!
(Q) Am I registered? and Where do I vote?
(A) A person can verify if they are registered and where where they vote by going to www.indianavoters.com and clicking on "Polling Place" and fill in the required fields to get your results. Contact the Hendricks County Voter Registration Office and someone will be happy to help you with your questions.
(Q) When is Election Day?
(A) The Indiana Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, May 4 2010. The Indiana General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2010.
(Q) What time are the polls open?
(A) Polls are open from 6:00a.m. - 6:00p.m. on Election Day only.
